It’s the middle of the day but the scene on the edge of Concord Business Park in Wythenshawe is very quiet. There are no passers-by, shops or cafes. It’s not on the way to anywhere. The only people coming and going are in cars, leaving offices @MENnewsdesk

How the Big Wood area looks
Greta has sent this clip from the area of Big Wood that isn't cordoned off.
Big Wood isn’t a park - there a few paths for ramblers and dog walkers but stray off these and you’d struggle to get far. Off the paths is overgrown with nettles and brambles. (This video was taken where there was no police cordon.) @MENnewsdesk pic.twitter.com/mkNAX7hfKR

It’s a very wet afternoon in Wythenshawe and I’m at the scene at Big Wood, a piece of woodland between Peel Hall and Concord Business Park. Most of Big Wood is cordoned off as the MEN understands the body of a man has been found @MENnewsdesk pic.twitter.com/EsdLfiP8DJ
